Any unsatisfactory (but uncooked) products can be returned and a full refund will be given, provided the return is made within 10 days of receipt. If any products are despatched which do not match your order, please return them within 10 days and the correct goods will be sent to you.
Returns Procedure
- Please write us a letter/note explaining why you are returning the products.
- Put the letter/note and the faulty product back in the container, and reseal the package.
- Prepay the shipping costs,
- Post back recorded delivery to:- Campbells Prime Meat Ltd, Broxburn, West Lothian, EH52 5NB
Your account will be refunded the cost of the faulty product and the cost of postage (including recorded delivery). An e-mail notification will be sent to you on receipt of the returned product and when your credit card is refunded.
For goods incorrectly despatched, follow exactly the same procedure, the only difference is the correct item will be sent to you instead of a refund being made (other than a refund of your postage costs). |
